Job Description
MANAGEMENT
-Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and staff
-Oversee all PR & Communication activities (print, web, mailing…)
-Determine and manage the marketing budget and ensure delivery of marketing activities within the agreed budget.
-Manage the administrative needs of the Marketing Department (Hiring, job descriptions and assignments, staff evaluation, attendance management)
MARKETING SURVEYS
-Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products (Passenger Profile, Audiences, ROI measurement and advertising expenditures & Brand position)
-Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
-Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
MARKETING STRATEGY
-Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
-Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
-Determine and manage the marketing budget
-Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
-Develop pricing strategy
-Support the Sales Department on Business Development
-Liaise with the Marketing Department of Dubai Airports
OPERATIONAL / SALES
-Development and implementation of Sales Tools
-Coordination with the Technical and Graphic Arts department
-Preparation of Media Offers
-Coaching the Sales team
-Creating plans and proposals for seasonal promotional packages
SKILLS
-0 to 3 years’ experience in the field
-Problem analysis and problem-solving
-High level of creativity
-Team-leadership
-Formal presentation skills
-Organization and planning
- Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills and the ability to motivate and utilize the full potential of the Marketing Team.
-English is a must, French and Arabic are a plus but not necessary
