• Supervise the activities of the Site team to comply with the projects different terms and conditions, in delivering its target objectives / scope, in order to ensure the timely handover and sign off of the customer / client.
• Diploma in Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) preferably graduate in Engineering (Mechanical).
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Site Management with at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong exposure to the installation, start up and commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of all types of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints / technical diagrams of the different types of HVAC equipments and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent Communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong supervisory and planning skills.
• Pro active and results oriented.
