As part of the University's HR Service, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high quality HR services and solutions to a range of faculties and services. As lead contact between the HR Service and your designated departments, you will build strong working relationships with their management teams and provide professional advice, guidance and support.
With a broad knowledge of current employment legislation and procedures, you must hold CIPD (or equivalent) membership. Proven experience of providing operational HR services in a comparable environment, including the development and implementation of varied employment procedures, is essential. Proactive, positive and highly organised, you will demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills, and be able to adopt a solutions-based approach.
