Cloud Delivery Executive

Are you an outstanding relationship manager, fluent in conversing with CIO-level executives about IT strategies and how they support business strategies when fully operational and highly adopted by end-users? Cloud Vantage Services, a lifecycle option for Premier Microsoft customers, is a professional services offering, led by a Cloud Delivery Executive, to help customers transition and optimize IT workloads and deliver ongoing value realization in the cloud through Office365. The Cloud Delivery Executive drives increased customer loyalty and Microsoft investments by:
• Establishing executive level relationships during sales cycle resulting in CIO level Conditions of Satisfaction (COS) and Service Delivery Plan (SDP)
• Assisting the enterprise in readying and transitioning their people and processes to working in a cloud environment
• Establishing, refining and using effective escalation processes to ensure quick and complete resolution of service disruptions
• Effectively engaging all necessary parties to minimize the impact of Office365 software updates and their interactions with the customer environment (network, client, applications, etc.)
• Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction with Cloud Vantage services and coordinating where appropriate with sales, consulting and support teams who manage the customer’s on premise environment
• Identifying additional online workload capabilities perpetuating additional sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Must have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 15+ years related corporate and/or consulting IT experience, including program management and delivery services.
• Work experience should involve pre-sales support, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development, deployment, and management.
• Must have a proven record of delivering business value through direct CIO-level interactions
• Some business process and people management skills or related experience required.
• Travel is an integral expectation of this position as the needs of our customers and our business demand.
This position location is flexible.
Successful candidates for the CDE role will have: • A deep understanding of markets, customers and related technology; have the background to provide leadership in the practice and a demonstrated effectiveness in solution sales, software consulting, IT Operations and executive client management.
• Deep understanding of customer and partner business and IT environment.
• Industry leading breadth knowledge of subject area, and have demonstrated analysis and communication skills connecting technology and business problems.
