- Support, service and help the company’s employees through the functions of the help desk.
- Troubleshoot PC software and hardware.
- Provide assistance and support to the System Administrator in the IT department.
- Perform monthly maintenance services on hardware and software
- Proactively advise Information Technology Management on new technologies

Skills

- Must have very good knowledge of procedures for troubleshooting PC and technical devices in a domain network.
- Must have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Should have very good knowledge in SharePoint setup and applications.
- Should be used to working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Should have excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Should work well in a team environment.
- Should be capable to facilitate challenging tasks.
- Should be cooperative, patient and organized.
