This is a top-level strategic position, providing a highly effective and customer
focused property service to the County.

As the Council’s professional lead for property management, you will hold a portfolio
of 600 assets, which amounts approximately to £970 million. The role will see you
creating innovative ways to maximise the revenue from our assets whilst developing
a future strategy for our property portfolio.

Working with the County Council’s Cabinet, political members and internal and
external stakeholders you will have excellent relationship skills and the ability to
influence and balance strategic leadership with effective commercial management.
