Female Secretary for Bahrain

Position:-   FEMALE SECRETARY, experienced (full-time). 

Location of Job: - Bahrain (Sponsorship available)

Job Description
Complete office and filing management including maintaining records, statistical information, and reports.

Co-ordination with various business heads; scheduling, appointments, meeting and discussions including preparation of agenda, collecting materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; taking minutes and keeping records of proceedings as required.

Generate confidential documents, mailing, follow-up on progress of project and other secretarial work like composing letters, memoranda in response to incoming mail or calls and produce a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form.

Desired Candidate's Profile

A Management graduate with fluency in spoken & written English and Arabic.

Ability to do professional Public and/or Government Relation.

Multitasking, Time Management, ability to work under pressure and discipline.

Cheerful and positive outlook is a must and have the ability to make constant changes for improvements.

Competency in Microsoft office packages for report making purposes using.

Proficient ability and diligence in maintaining records and files

Trustworthy with high levels of integrity, honesty and ability to maintain highly confidential information.

Basic - Any Graduation
