Job Description

Complete office and filing management including maintaining records, statistical information, and reports.

Co-ordination with various business heads; scheduling, appointments, meeting and discussions including preparation of agenda, collecting materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; taking minutes and keeping records of proceedings as required.

Generate confidential documents, mailing, follow-up on progress of project and other secretarial work like composing letters, memoranda in response to incoming mail or calls and produce a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form.

Desired Candidate's Profile

Profile	A Management graduate with fluency in spoken & written English and Arabic. Ability to do professional Public and/or Government Relation. Multitasking, Time Management, ability to work under pressure and discipline. Cheerful and positive outlook is a must and have the ability to make constant changes for improvements. Competency in Microsoft office packages for report making purposes using. Proficient ability and diligence in maintaining records and files Trustworthy with high levels of integrity, honesty and ability to maintain highly confidential information.

Our client, a leading domestic bank based in Saudi Arabia is searching for a candidate with over 15 years International experience in Private Banking. The successful candidates who reports to the CEO has to develop a client base of investors selling a range of investment products and services.

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure high standards of private wealth management customer service and relationship management.
• Primarily focus on developing institutional, ultra high net worth and very high net worth individuals into long-term clients.
• Perform investment sales and cross-selling activities for the client comprising of asset management (mutual funds, private equity, capital-protected notes, structured products), investment banking (bonds, sukuks, convertibles, private equity, IPOs), treasury and branch products.

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent, though professional certifications such as CPA/ CMA/MBA is a must
• At least 10 years in a related field with at least 4/5 years of experience in a similar position in an investment bank in the GCC, with relevant exposure to private Banking, Wealth Management and Brokerage in addition to Assets Management and Funds.
• Must be fluent in English as well as Arabic
