A well-regarded and profitable global bank and has embarked on a broad ranging programme to standardise and improve the finance function across the globe. There are a number of vacancies on both long term contract and permanent basis to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:- 

• Handle multiple projects running and manage a full book of work.
• High profile stakeholder management as well as some people management in the senior positions.
• Overlook wide ranging projects that include procedural optimisation, general ledger, management, regulatory reporting and IT implementations.

Requirements:-

• Must be an experienced finance professional from the banking arena ideally with some experience in North East Asia.
• Project management experience would be a benefit but not essential if you can demonstrate your ability to drive positive change from within a line management role.
• Excellent communication skill and stakeholder management are key attributes required.

Our client, a leading domestic bank based in Saudi Arabia is searching for a candidate with over 15 years International experience in Private Banking. The successful candidates who reports to the CEO has to develop a client base of investors selling a range of investment products and services.

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure high standards of private wealth management customer service and relationship management.
• Primarily focus on developing institutional, ultra high net worth and very high net worth individuals into long-term clients.
• Perform investment sales and cross-selling activities for the client comprising of asset management (mutual funds, private equity, capital-protected notes, structured products), investment banking (bonds, sukuks, convertibles, private equity, IPOs), treasury and branch products.

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent, though professional certifications such as CPA/ CMA/MBA is a must
• At least 10 years in a related field with at least 4/5 years of experience in a similar position in an investment bank in the GCC, with relevant exposure to private Banking, Wealth Management and Brokerage in addition to Assets Management and Funds.
• Must be fluent in English as well as Arabic

The organization is offering a Postdoc position in the field of structural biology in a project of the laboratory (Division of Structural Biology and Biochemistry; website: http://www2.sbs.ntu.edu.sg/staff/ggrueber/) at the School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, in Singapore. 

The research theme will focuse on the structure determination of invasion proteins of the Malaria using a combination of approaches including crystallography and NMR spectroscopy. Prerequisites are a very
solid background in crystallography or NMR spectroscopy and protein expression as well as protein purification. The candidate should be highly motivated with a track record of publications in international journals.

He/She should have the ability to work in a team and to move on a project independently.
